This luxury apartment has air-conditioning in all the rooms for your comfort or heating in the winter months and is beautifully furnished throughout to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. There is a well-equipped kitchen for all your catering requirements. The master bedroom has its own sun terrace and all rooms have built-in double wardrobes with drawers for adequate storage. Linen and towels provided, pool towels can be supplied £2.50 each to cover laundry costs. Inclusive of exit cleaning costs.

Relax on the sun terraces/garden where there is comfortable furnishing for all your Al Fresco living and dining complete with a large awning for those who like to sit in the shade. The large pool is just a short walk through the gardens with a safe section for younger children. In the gardens next to the pool there is play equipment for younger children.

Condado de Alhama Golf Resort
The Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Condado de Alhama is the highlight of the Nicklaus Golf Trail. The golf resort is in the Valle del Guadalentn area of Murcia, Spain. Situated in the foothills of Sierra Espuna and Carrascoy-El Valle, both regional nature reserves. This par-72 Championship Course has been designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. It is an exciting challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The course takes on the natural rugged appearance of the Murcian landscape with dramatic bunkering and four large lakes. This 18-hole course will prove an enjoyable golfing adventure for all. The course and driving range are located close to the resort centre which includes a Pro Shop and Clubhouse. The resort centre is a 5-minute walk from the apartment along a beautiful palm-lined avenue .
